With Each Other CIC is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible, including disabled people.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for improving accessibility for people with disabilities. There are three levels of conformance: A, AA and AAA.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and, where practical, relevant Level AAA criteria. This website has not yet had a comprehensive independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We are committed to ongoing improvements and to addressing barriers reported by visitors.
Accessibility measures
Our approach includes clear headings and page structure, labelled form fields, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, alternative text for meaningful images and readable colour contrast. We review these measures as content and services develop.
Feedback and alternative formats
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of With Each Other CIC. If you encounter a barrier, need information in another format or want to discuss access requirements for a webinar or project, contact us through our enquiry form.
If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do and the barrier you encountered. You may also tell us about your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Reviewing this statement
We will review this statement as the website develops and as accessibility feedback and testing identify improvements.
