These terms apply to webinars offered by With Each Other CIC ("we", "us", "our"), a community interest company registered in England, company number 17493664. By registering for one of our webinars, you agree to these terms. These terms do not automatically apply to webinars offered by other organisations.
What's included
Registration gives you access to the webinar session on the date and time specified. For paid webinars, this includes any materials shared during or after the session. Any free taster webinar is offered at no charge and with no obligation.
Payment
Payment for paid webinars is required in full at the time of booking. Prices are stated at the point of registration and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellations and refunds
If we need to cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
If you are unable to attend a paid webinar, please contact With Each Other CIC at least 48 hours before the event. We will do our best to offer a transfer or recording where available, but cannot guarantee a refund after that point.
No refunds are available for a free webinar, as no payment is taken. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have.
Recordings
Sessions may be recorded. If a recording is made, registered participants will be notified in advance. Recordings produced by With Each Other CIC remain our property, subject to any third-party rights. They may be shared publicly only after removing information or content that identifies participants or their contributions, such as questions in the chat.
Information about how we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy & GDPR policy.
Intellectual property
Content, slides and materials created by With Each Other CIC for our webinars are our intellectual property. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You are welcome to use ideas and learning from the sessions in your own work. You may not reproduce, distribute or share our materials without our written permission.
Your conduct
We want webinars to be a safe, respectful space for everyone. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, discriminatory or harmful, without refund, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of liability
We take care to ensure the content we share is accurate and useful. Webinar content is general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information provided in our webinars. Participation is at your own professional discretion.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
