- Sustainable travel: Minimise unnecessary travel and use trains or other lower-carbon options where practical. Balance travel decisions with the access needs of community participants and the value of meeting in person.
- Energy efficiency: Use energy-saving devices and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
- Sustainable procurement: Seek out environmentally responsible suppliers and digital services with strong environmental policies.
- Waste reduction: Avoid unnecessary printing and arrange responsible disposal of electronic waste. Where printed materials are needed for inclusion, use resources thoughtfully.
