Our Approach
Fair, inclusive and grounded in lived experience
We help organisations replace exclusionary habits with engagement that is equitable by design.
Ethical principles
Every engagement is built on honesty, consent, transparency and respect. People know why they are being asked, how their contribution will be used, and what changed as a result.
Avoiding tokenism
Inviting one or two voices to validate decisions already made is not engagement. We involve communities early, give them genuine influence, and close the feedback loop.
Centring lived experience
People with lived experience are experts in their own lives. We treat that expertise as equal to professional and technical knowledge, and design processes around it.
Fair payment for participants
Community participants give time, insight and emotional labour. We pay them fairly and promptly, and remove barriers such as travel, caring and access costs.
